AUDITION INFORMATION

Immerse yourself in the AMDA experience. AMDA's Audition Plus Events are an exclusive opportunity for high school students (grades 11 & 12) and post high school students to audition and workshop directly with one of AMDA's distinguished industry-working faculty or alumni. Students will audition for placement and scholarship to the program of their choice.

Workshop participants will be led through exercises and techniques designed to empower emerging performers with the confidence needed for a successful audition. The workshop is for all skill levels and performing arts disciplines. Parents and families are invited to observe the workshop portion of the event as well. Auditions will be held immediately following the workshop. 

On your audition day, prior to the workshop, our AMDA admissions team will provide an overview of life at AMDA, including detailed information about our programs, campuses, performance opportunities, and financial aid. All applicants will receive individual feedback from an AMDA Audition Coach with suggestions for continued growth and development. Once your audition is complete, you will be free to leave. Your audition and application will be reviewed and an admissions decision will be made within 2-3 weeks.
